Steep one

• Leaves immediately release a sweet, honey scent upon wash
• Light red/amber liquor
• Amazed at how different this is to the Keemun breakfast tea. It's much sweeter, more like Jin Jun Mei or Mei Zhan Black tea
• Burned my tongue a little bit 🙃
• Sweet, fruity, a little bit malty

Steep two

• slightly darker colour
• a little less sweet and little more malty
• some tannins coming through
