Really good

Really enjoyed this book and found it a nice contrast to some other het romances i've read.

At every point in this book the emotions seem genuine and the continuous escalation of circumstances kept me reading. In fact, I finished this in a single day.

The sex scenes are great. They're fun, realistic and often funny. The consent is carefully and explicitly discussed, as is the issue of health checks and contraception use, which I loved. Despite the age gap and their respective roles within the story, I never felt there was a power imbalance between Neil and Sophie.

And that ending! You can't leave it there, I need to know what happens! Can't wait til payday so I can grab the next one.
