ADHD coping mechanisms and non-medication treatments

Here is a non-exhaustive list of coping mechanisms I've come across and maybe found useful:

Use a condiment drawer in your fridge to stop vegetables going off

Use a landing strip to store things you take off when you get home

Use open storage to keep things visible and avoid forgetting them

Paying the ADHD tax upfront can mitigate the cost
