Feminism is the belief that women should be treated equal to men

: belief in and advocacy of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes expressed especially through organized activity on behalf of women's rights and interests^[1]

Feminism is the belief that women should be treated equal to men. It is also the study of the historical oppression of women and how things impact women in particular.

I believe it is important, maybe even necessary, for all women (and people with experience being women) to consider themselves feminists. Otherwise they are complicit in their own oppression.

Feminism is a core belief of mine, and something I want to explore more.

I anticipate that eventually this will become a map of content.
