Dyspraxia, or Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) is a condition that affects physical coordination and spatial awareness.
There is a significant correlation between dyspraxia and ADHD. According to Psychiatry UK, as many as 89% of people with ADHD also have dyspraxia and around 50% of people with dyspraxia also have ADHD.
Things like new mattresses being slightly higher or lower than the old one has always messed me up, and resulted in many, many falls onto the floor. Which thankfully injures my sense of dignity more than anything else.
